PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
The mission of the position is to build a quality brand building network that is capable of generating sales volumes that meet company financial projections for his/her group. The Senior Sales Manager must strive to support adidas vision to become the best sports brand in TW.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning
Formulate and develop sales strategies to build the adidas brands and to meet sales target from designated accounts

Coordinates & manages the timely execution of forecasting in conjunction with the Business Cycle Calendar

Performs and updates forecasting

Executes each season’s future order sales/shipping plan

Plan & execute channel-specific activities to the designated accounts in order to drive the sell-thru performanceManagement

Reports to upper sales management on market intelligence
