Sr. Manager FP&A

At Nature’s Path Foods, we’re on a mission to leave the Earth better than we found it. As a triple bottom line company, we balance purpose and performance - and we’re looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A to help drive both. This is a 15-month contract based out of our Richmond head office, playing a key role in shaping how financial insights power decision-making across the business.

The Role As the Senior Manager, FP&A, you’ll sit at the center of business partnering, financial planning, and performance reporting. You’ll translate business needs into clear financial insights, guide planning processes, and ensure reporting is consistent, accurate, and genuinely useful.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders and collaborate with our centralized BI team (who own data engineering and builds), while you own the financial logic, interpretation, and storytelling.
