The Sr. Manager, Internal Controls is integral position for ensuring the company’s compliance with SOX requirements and managing the Company’s internal control over financial reporting. The Sr. Manager, Internal Controls is/will aide in the management of the annual SOX project, including planning, risk assessment, testing of controls and reporting to management. In this role, you will… Assist in annual SOX planning activities. Analyze risks and effectiveness of controls to mitigate. Design and document controls. Coordinate with business process owners to maintain accuracy of documentation. Develop and execute and review tests of design and operating effectiveness for internal controls.
