Senior Manager, Value & Access – LATAM Region

Position Overview

The Senior Manager, Value & Access for the LATAM region will play a pivotal role in executing and supporting the regional market access and pricing strategies for the company’s portfolio. Reporting to the Sr Director of LATAM Distributor Markets, this role is responsible for driving operational excellence in pricing, reimbursement, and value demonstration initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams, distributors, and country leads. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the LATAM healthcare environment and be adept at collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure patient access to innovative therapies.
