Team Overview

Floorcare’s US Advanced Development is responsible for shaping the future of the wet floorcare product technology portfolio by working from identified market opportunities and user needs to define new product concepts, technologies, and system architectures. The team operates upstream of New Product Development, focusing on first principles thinking, rapid learning and early de-risking of innovations.

The Advanced Development team works in close partnership with Product Management and Consumer Insights to ensure development activity is market led and strategically aligned. The team also collaborates at a global level across the wider TTI group. This includes peer teams in the UK, maximizing platform leverage, sharing technologies, and creating architectural coherence in the floorcare range.
