 :Essential Responsibilities: 
Develop and implement omnichannel paid media strategies to drive business outcomes
Manage audience segmentation and targeting to optimize campaign performance
Create and maintain an experimentation roadmap to test and refine marketing initiatives
Allocate budgets across campaigns and channels to maximize return on investment
Collaborate with leadership, finance, and analytics teams to align strategies and reporting
Partner with media agencies to ensure continuous campaign optimization and performance
Oversee the delivery of seamless onboarding experiences across channels
Embed relevant content across customer lifecycle stages to address key needs
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
