As the Director, Global End-to-End People Data Governance and My Core HR, this role will not just manage but define and drive the future state of our global employee Work & Life journey and solidify the foundation of our people data strategy. This role moves beyond traditional HR oversight to strategically integrate and optimize every aspect of the employee lifecycle (W&L), while simultaneously elevating People Data as a core strategic asset. The incumbent will be instrumental in fostering a data-driven culture, ensuring improved data quality, and proactively shaping the employee experience through critical M&A activities.
