1- Should know Black Box environment and customers
2- Should also delivery team well
3- actively handling escalations internal, external
4- Knows OEMs teams such as Avaya, Genesys, RingCentral, ZOOM,
5- Can participate in solutions calls 

6- Involved in re/skilling, training, building labs,
