Sr. Manager – QS & Billing Audit

Role Objective

To lead and control quantity surveying, billing audit, cost governance, and commercial compliance across projects, ensuring accuracy in billing, contractual adherence, cost optimization, and risk mitigation through robust audit and process controls.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Billing &Measurement Audit

• Audit RA bills, final bills, and variation claims for civil, finishing, and MEP works.
• Verify measurements strictly as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Ensure billing accuracy, rate correctness, and contractual compliance before certification.
• Review escalation claims, extra items, and non-BOQ works with technical and

2. Contract &Commercial Control
