**What you’ll do:**

We are seeking an experienced and growth-driven Senior Manager – Sales to lead Eaton’s Power Quality business in the assigned territory. This role requires strong leadership, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive revenue, profitability, customer engagement, and market development. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional relationship-building capabilities and a strong understanding of the electrical / UPS solutions market.

1. Revenue & Gross Margin AchievementMeet and exceed annual revenue and margin targets.
Develop strategic account plans to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.

2. Market Share MaximizationStrengthen Eaton’s position in the territory by increasing penetration across target segments.
Identify opportunities for expansion and competitive differentiation.
