PRTR is now working with Global Insurance to find a potential candidate to play the role of Service Delivery Manager.

This position expects you to be strong in Service Deliver & Operations addition, you have good English skills.

Responsibilities
Leading a team of Service Delivery in the areas of Operations, End-User-Services, and Project Management, providing Infrastructure Services to + users in the Thailand business.
Being responsible for delivery and operating technology solutions that cover both based infrastructure and competitive edge Technologies to a group of companies.
Setting and providing technical guidance in architecture, developing, engineering, and recommending technology solutions that meet and deliver added value to the business.
Being operational focus on ensuring the high availability of IT service that meets the agreed SLA and minimize the risk of service interruption.
