About the role This role will be responsible of growing the scope of collaboration in Mexico and Central America from its current level to include additional services such as negotiation preparation/ should cost analysis through developing synergies and coordinating of procurement with other countries/ business units What you´ll do: Sourcing strategy development to align with merchant’s strategies. Identification of new business opportunities and products Managing pork, beef and poultry negotiations on a quarterly basis or as needed Opening and developing new origins of meat, screening, development, and onboarding of new suppliers in collaboration with cross functional teams Collaboration with cross functional teams to assure correct product flow and on time deliveries.
