Sr. Manager - Tooling and Injection Molding

Overview 概述 This role is to oversee the design, maintenance, and repair/modification of tools, to ensure production efficiency and high-quality standards. Additionally this function will be engaged to support the injection molding process. This position will lead tooling team, to manage and optimize tool performance, serving as a critical link between engineering, production, and quality. The position will ensure a support and coordination of tooling and injection molding processes are high capabilities, standardized across all suppliers and locations and executed to deliver quality products without delays in new product introductions or product transfers. This function involves a combination of technical expertise in mold design and process optimization, as well as leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
