**Position Description & Qualifications**

Serco Inc. is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled **Sr. Manager, Treasury** to oversee treasury and cash management operations for the North America Division at our Headquarters office in **Herndon, VA** . Reporting to the **Director of Accounting** , this role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and operational effectiveness across all treasury activities.

The Sr. Manager, Treasury partners closely with Serco’s **Global Treasury team** to manage cash requirements and support daily treasury operations. This role requires a well‑rounded leader who can both dive deeply into operational details and assess broader financial impacts across upstream and downstream processes.
