Sr. Manager/AGM EHS

Key Responsibilities


Lead and manage all EHS activities for the formulation manufacturing facility.
Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, Factory Act, Pollution Control Board requirements, and statutory guidelines.
Develop and implement EHS policies, SOPs, risk assessment programs, and safety management systems.
Drive a strong safety culture across Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Utilities, and Quality functions.
Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and preventive actions.
Manage hazardous waste, environmental monitoring, emissions, effluent treatment, and sustainability initiatives.
Lead emergency preparedness, mock drills, fire safety systems, and crisis management programs.
Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements including USFDA, MHRA, EU-GMP, and customer audits.
Conduct EHS training programs and promote employee awareness on safety standards.
