General Description:

The Sr. Manager/Associate Director in Global Medical Affairs will serve as a Program Manager for the JAPAC Medical teams in both solid tumors and hematology franchises, partnering with Country Medical Directors and Field Medical teams on all aspects of medical strategy development and execution.

The Sr. Manager/Associate Director will be accountable for managing cross-functional engagement of the JAPAC Medical teams for the solid tumors and hematology franchise with members from Field Medical, Medical Value & Outcomes, Scientific Communications, Learning, Development & Content, Medical Information, IIT, and HEOR. This role will work closely with the global medical teams and cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Commercial, Compliance, and Finance.
