Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced professional to lead Biotech R&D with focus on protein & peptide characterization and formulation development, driving innovation in biologics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead protein/peptide characterization & formulation activities
• Design and optimize biologics formulations (stability & efficacy)
• Oversee analytical method development (HPLC, SEC, IEX, MS, electrophoresis, spectroscopy)
• Manage cross-functional projects & technology transfer
• Mentor team members and collaborate with Manufacturing, QC & Regulatory
• Contribute to innovation, patents & publications

Requirements:

• Master's/M.Phil. in Proteomics, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or related field
