Sr. Manufacturing Engineer - Enclosures

**Overview**

In this role, you will be responsible for factory startup, transfer, qualification, and sustaining manufacturing processes for Microsoft Surface and XBOX devices. You will solve complex manufacturing challenges that impact product quality, cost, and delivery, and partner closely with Mechanical, Quality, Test Engineering, and manufacturing partners to enable successful product launches and sustained performance through end of life.

With minimal input and guidance from senior engineers, the candidate will:

+ Read component, sub-component, and device specification sheets, and interpret moderately complex requirements needed to produce, assemble, and/or qualify hardware features.
+ Use predictive modeling techniques to inform and optimize manufacturing process design decisions for a well-defined product, part, component, sub-assembly, or final assembly.
