Sr. Manufacturing Engineer--Factory Management

**Overview**

The TDM Factory Management team is responsible for overseeing all aspects of TDM module and sub-tier supplier manufacturing and quality management. The team’s primary focus is to ensure continuity of supply by managing daily factory operations and upholding the highest standards for operational, quality, security, and safety compliance. This role also drives manufacturing process optimization, test characterization, and continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making. The team ensures robust, end-to-end TDM manufacturing processes and testing that meet or exceed Microsoft product design specifications, delivering operational excellence throughout NPI, ramp, and mass production phases.
