Sr. Manufacturing Engineer (Stamping)

Eaton's IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Sr.
Manufacturing Engineer (Stamping).
**What you'll do**:
**Primary Function**:
Lead manufacturing activities and give technical direction and assistance for new and existing products, including process design, facility layout, capital equipment, and tooling requirements manufacturing operations.
The position drives continuous improvement while utilizing the framework of the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF).
**Essential Functions**:
- Determines what equipment, materials, tooling, methods of manufacture and facilities are required to produce a particular product in a scheduled quantity and at the lowest cost consistent with quality specifications.
- Develops tooling layouts for stamping dies
- Troubleshoot stamping dies for deep draw type products
