Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality or delivery.
• Manage the purchasing team and oversee the purchasing process from requisition through receipt.
• Review and approve purchase orders and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments to assess their purchasing needs.
• Collaborate with finance to ensure budget compliance and cost control.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activities and provide insights to management.
