Sr. Mechanical Designer Location: San Luis Potosí, Mexico Contract Type: Initial 1-year project with possibility of extension ✈️ Travel Availability: 30–40% SEGULA Technologies is looking for Senior Mechanical Designers to lead the complete design of robotic cells for manufacturing lines. This role ensures robust, safe, and optimized solutions in terms of manufacturability, ergonomics, operation, and cost, serving as the technical reference for design, analysis, and standards. Key Responsibilities Design and develop fully integrated robotic cells using SolidWorks and CATIA (layouts, tooling, fixtures, structures, automated and manual stations). Create and review 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings with proper application of GD&T . Perform structural and modal analysis ( FEM/FEA ). Select materials, mechanical components, pneumatic equipment, and commercial elements. Define and review interfaces according to NAAMS standards.
