Sr. Medical Biller

About the Role

We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Medical Biller who brings both hands-on expertise and a leadership mindset. This role is designed for someone who takes full ownership of billing accounts, proactively solves problems, and helps support and guide another biller while improving overall workflows. You'll work closely with leadership to ensure billing operations run smoothly, complex issues are addressed efficiently, and processes continue to scale as the organization grows.

What You'll Do:

• Take ownership of billing accounts by proactively identifying and resolving denied claims, stalled payments, and delayed responses
• Make informed decisions on complex billing issues or escalate appropriately when needed
• Work alongside the current biller to provide additional bandwidth, handle overflow, and help manage workload
