工作職責
負責區域管理（進藥、學術溝通、標案／議價、保藥／通路保護等）。
依客戶分級與目標設定規劃拜訪計畫，與關鍵意見領袖維持良好關係，運用銷售技巧滿足客戶需求並達成業績。
洞察市場契機，開發並拓展新商機。
積極開發新院所／新醫師與新客戶，創造新病患與新通路來源 ；定期回饋市場情報並準時提交報表。
確實執行行銷策略與拜訪計畫，開發並驗證新潛在客戶，與主管對齊策略以達成目標。
在快速變動環境中展現敏捷、當責與韌性；勇於探索新通路，持續學習並迭代策略與執行。
確保所有區域活動具專業度，並遵守諾和諾德合規與商業行為準則。
以專業問題解決者角色提供方案，具創新思維與商業／市場敏銳度。
保持積極『做得到』心態，開拓未成熟市場，尋找機會點並快速適應不確定挑戰。
任職資歷
大學／碩士以上學歷，藥學或醫藥科學相關科系
具藥師執照者尤佳
至少 2 年原廠 HP 相關工作經驗，具糖尿病或醫學美容治療領域經驗者尤佳
具自費產品／藥品銷售經驗
具區域／業務規劃能力與良好人際溝通技巧
