Job Summary

The Senior Merchandiser will play a critical role in driving sourcing strategy, vendor development, and end to end production execution for the company's home and lifestyle product lines. This position is responsible for building and managing a strong supplier network, overseeing product development and sampling, negotiating costs, and ensuring timely delivery of high quality products. The ideal candidate brings solid experience in the handicraft (hardlines) industry, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple orders in a fast paced, growth focused environment.
