• Demonstrated experience in project management for NPI tooling.
• Assessed, planned, and replaced existing metals tooling (including diecast, stamping, machining, and/or sheet metal equipment) through production qualification.
• Developed part and die cost estimates, identified alternatives and tradeoffs.
• Managed project schedules and drove team members on multiple concurrent die replacements to completion.
• Demonstrated experience in metals tool design and evaluation to review tool repair requests and assess need, cost, and duration of repairs.
• Participated in commodity‑level meetings with partners in Strategic Sourcing, Quality, and Production to identify opportunities for improvement in tool spend and strategic partnerships with suppliers.
