Automation Engineer specializes in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Data Science, with responsibilities of designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing automation solutions that integrate shop-floor systems with enterprise platforms. This role bridges automation, MES, and advanced data analytics to improve productivity, quality, traceability, and decision-making across manufacturing operations. The role works closely with operations, process engineering, IT/OT, and data teams to enable Industry 4.0 initiatives and data-driven manufacturing excellence 
Job Requirements  Job Requirements:  
Design, develop, implement, and maintain MES solutions (e.g., recipe management, production tracking, WIP, traceability, SPC).
