eBay’s Consumer-to-Consumer (C2C) team is building a free, smart, safe, and fun selling experience, delivered through an extraordinary value proposition. We’re seeking a Sr Manager Strategy & Planning to lead a high‑performing C2C initiative and support the strategy of this next‑generation selling experience. Reporting to the Sr Director Global C2C, this key role will lead the planning and insights engine for global consumer‑to‑consumer selling, turning competitive and market signals into clear playbooks, priorities, and partner‑aligned execution.

Key Responsibilities
