Job Location: Bentonville, AR   Summary: This role provides leadership to Customer Supply Chain Managers / Analysts located both on site at Hershey, located in field sales offices, and remote.    The position requires broad based knowledge of supply chain with flexibility to balance both strategic opportunities and support the team with tactical challenges that arise on daily bases.  Strong relationship and influencing skills are needed to work across the enterprise as daily interaction exists with customer supply partners, sales, commercial planning, finance, category teams, demand planning, transportation, etc.  This role will be a critical driver of customer supply chain strategies across Business Unit brands and Hershey North America.  The Sr Manager Supply Chain will deliver improved on shelf availability, on time delivery and reduced costs to serve through close partnership with commercial teams, supply chain stakeholders and customer partners.    Minimum Education and Ex...
