Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: 

Develop and manage a high‑quality, brand‑building distribution network capable of delivering sales revenue aligned with company financial projections and strategic distribution plans.

Strengthen the relationship with key LLD (luxury related industry) enable us to win the competition in the marketplace 

Improve cooperation efficiency with key LLD partners, transitioning from individual project mode to a national, holistic partnership approach. 
Key Responsibilities:  

Planning 
Provide input and participate in designing adidas Group mid‑term strategies related to regional retail expansion for both FRS and Own Retail in the East & South regions. 

Work with the Retail Expansion Director to develop a comprehensive East & South Retail Expansion Plan that aligns with distribution, marketing, and geographic strategies.
