Sr. Mill Attendant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree graduate, preferably an Engineering graduate.
• Must have 1-year experience of hands-on production experience.
• Vocational or high school graduate with 2 years of experience in flour milling operation.
• Must have 1-2 years of milling operations experience.
• Previous flour mill or grain processing experience is required.
• Must be available to work rotating shifts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for overseeing milling operations by training junior staff, coordinating with supervisors and warehouse teams, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring correct product specifications through regular sampling.
