Senior Mobile Engineer – Simplii Technology

Location: Downtown Toronto | Hybrid: 1 to 3 days a week | Hours: 37.5 hrs/week Mon‑Fri 9‑5 | Rate: $120K - $125K | Duration: Full Time (FTE)

Role and Responsibilities

• Play a key role in shaping our React Native engineering capability and building a high‑performing mobile development team.
• Lead design, development, and evolution of scalable mobile applications across iOS and Android, establishing strong engineering practices, mentoring developers, and raising technical excellence.
• Bring deep hands‑on React Native expertise, strong native mobile foundations, and a leadership mindset to grow an internal community of React Native developers.
• Build strong working relationships across product, design, accessibility, and stakeholder groups to ensure solutions are technically sound, customer‑centric, and aligned to business needs.
