● Supports knowledge sharing and consistent application of standard processes

● Acts as the first level of escalation for complex employee, manager, or stakeholder concerns

● Coordinates audits, reviews, and corrective actions to prevent overpayments, underpayments, or compliance risks

● Partners with stakeholders to reinforce accountability for manager and employee responsibilities

● Lead operational delivery of benefits including enrollments, eligibility reviews, billing validation, and invoice processing.
