Job Description:




+ Perform functional configuration, system maintenance, and business process testing for ongoing projects and improvements

+ Applies standard techniques, procedures and criteria to support and/or install software applications/operating systems

+ Manage new releases and updates to systems (NetSuite), test updates, and effectively roll out new features

+ Perform coordination of system configurations between NetSuite and other third-party systems

+ Troubleshoot problems including system interface/integration issues

+ Support all end user requests and provide issue resolution for NetSuite internal users

+ Collaborating with other teams such as IT, finance, and sales to implement new processes and workflows
