Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the global network infrastructure, covering offices across APAC, EMEA, and North America.
Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Palo Alto Firewalls, Prisma SD-WAN, SilverPeak, Cisco Catalyst, and Meraki networks.
Administer and optimize LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center network components.
Perform incident, problem, and change management aligned with ITIL best practices.
Review and execute Change Requests (CRs), ensuring minimal business disruption.
Work closely with global teams to implement network upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
