What You’ll Do

• Operational responsibility to support the Network and Security technology verticals, including implementation and operational support.
• Manage the ongoing operations of all company security infrastructure elements, including firewalls, IPS, web proxies, switches, routing and VPN devices.
• Optimize performance and availability of secure network and end‑user infrastructures through troubleshooting, maintenance, new client implementations, performance monitoring and recommend appropriate actions.
• Mentor more junior employees; help develop the latest in network topologies and advance network and security to the next level.
• Report to the network and edge security sustainment service managers ensuring TTEC networks are the backbone of our operations and the secure boundary of our company.
