Position Description:

CGI is seeking a highly skilled Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support an SAP S/4HANA financial management system implementation for a large government contract. The Senior OCM Consultant will lead the OCM team to develop, conduct, and manage change management activities across several federal agencies. This includes working with clients to assess their change needs, developing and implementing change management strategies and plans, measuring the success of change initiatives, and collaborating with related training efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management principles and practices, as well as experience working with federal stakeholders.
