Role Description

The Sr. Officer Data Center Operations will be responsible for managing core infrastructure technologies, ensuring high availability of systems, and supporting Enterprise IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Oversee daily operations of the data center, ensuring uptime and reliability.

·       Manage and maintain Enterprise virtualized environments, storage systems, and backup solutions.

·       Perform routine monitoring, troubleshooting, and upgrades of servers and hardware.

·       Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects.

·       Maintain documentation of processes and operational procedures.
