Job Purpose:
To oversee and support all facility and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations, timely resource availability, and efficient service delivery across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth administration work for the entire department.
Renew and maintain supplier contracts in a timely manner.
Supply necessary materials to various departments as per their requests.
Provide welcome kits and required commodities to hostels.
Maintain and analyze monthly revenue and cost records.
Ensure proper waste management for the company.
Ensure seamless availability of water, electricity, diesel, and gas for the entire project.
Manage inventory effectively.
Maintain accurate asset handover and asset receiving records.
