Job Purpose:

To oversee and support all facility and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations, timely resource availability, and efficient service delivery across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth administration work for the entire department.
• Renew and maintain supplier contracts in a timely manner.
• Supply necessary materials to various departments as per their requests.
• Provide welcome kits and required commodities to hostels.
• Maintain and analyze monthly revenue and cost records.
• Ensure proper waste management for the company.
• Ensure seamless availability of water, electricity, diesel, and gas for the entire project.
