RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Lean Manufacturing deployment across the plant using tools such as 5S, SMED, Standard Work, Kaizen, and Visual Management.
Provides leadership and guidance to production and maintenance teams.
Drive transformation projects focus on headcount efficiency, automation, and plant digitization.
Own the development and execution of the Capex portfolio, ensuring alignment with business strategy and financial planning.
