Job Description
Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Sr OPEX Engineer.
**What you’ll do:**
**PRIMARY FUNCTION:**
Optimize processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve quality, apply continuous improvement methodologies and tools that promote systematic and sustainable improvement in the organization.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
-Analyze plant processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
-Design and implement improvements in the plant applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, problem solving methodologies, among others.
-Standardize and ensure sustainability of plant processes.
-Lead and coordinate continuous improvement events.
-Planning and execution of continuous improvement projects
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor Degree: Industrial Engineering or similar
+ English: Intermediate/ Advanced
+ At least 3 to 5 years or more in Continues Improvement area
