We're looking for an ERP Functional Analyst – Oracle EBS HR & Payroll to support and enhance global HR and payroll systems across multiple regions. This role blends functional expertise, system optimization, and business partnership.

What You'll Do

• Support and configure Oracle EBS HRMS & Payroll (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Labor)
• Work with HR, Payroll, and IT to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive system improvements
• Lead testing, production support, integrations, and compliance for global payroll operations

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of functional experience in Oracle EBS HRMS & Payroll
• Strong background in global, multi-country HR and payroll processes
• Proven skills in functional documentation, system configuration, and troubleshooting
