Sr. Packaging Developer (HYBRID)

Position Overview

As the Senior Packaging Developer , you will lead packaging development activities across multiple brands and sites. You will serve as a recognized internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor, driving medium/high complexity projects for cost optimization, manufacturing efficiency, and supply continuity across a portfolio of brand and products.

This role blends strategic influence with hands‑on technical leadership, partnering with Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Brand teams to ensure packaging systems are optimized for performance, cost, and long‑term resilience.
