Sr Payroll Analyst

**Your role at Dynatrace**

Reporting to the NORAM Payroll Sr. Lead, the NORAM Senior Payroll Analyst will ensure accurate processing and recording of NORAM semi-monthly payrolls, provide timely and accurate financial information using an outsourced payroll model with ADP. Strong Knowledge of NORAM Payroll and regulations. The right candidate must be a team player and is required to have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

+ Day-to-day running of the assigned pay groups, ensuring payroll calendars and deadlines are met.
+ Liaise with internal HR partners to collect and organize payroll data before submission to 3rd party providers. Ensuring a thorough understanding of data
+ Partner closely with the P&C team to ensure all inputs for contractual changes and any variable input are confirmed, included within agreed KPIs
+ Perform specific duties related to insurance plans, 401k and timely vendor payments
