As the Senior Controls System Engineer, you will lead high-impact initiatives that shape factory performance across Asia—designing robust control architectures, steering PCS strategy, and delivering mission-critical solutions from technology transfer to high‑volume ramp. You’ll own the reliability of melting control systems and major lifecycle events (rebuilds/startups), while building team capabilities through structured training and hands-on projects.
