Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Process Engineer position involves being In charge for process engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to hold up a manufacturing organization for polymers on Aerospace area.
What a typical day looks like:
Lead and optimize critical polymer application processes.
Ensure stability, quality, and compliance with key parameters of dispensing equipment. (staking, underfill, conformal coating). Application to aerospace-grade PCBAs.
Identify and eliminate process variations.
Collaborate closely with quality, production, and engineering teams.
Interface with international clients.
