Sr Process Engineer

Position reports to the Operations Manager and is actively engaged in all aspects of the manufacturing process. The incumbent is expected to be one of the primary technical and practical authorities at the site. Must be data driven to support decisions and achieve outstanding results.



Key responsibilities.



+ Establish, monitor, and control SPC for all in-process parameters to ensure process consistency and compliance.

+ Analyze process data, identify trends, and implement corrective/preventive actions.

+ Conduct and oversee laboratory testing of plating baths, chemical solutions, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.

+ Interpret lab test results and provide recommendations for corrective actions or process adjustments.

+ Responsible for monitoring chemical condition of plating baths and water treatment and supervises lab technicians
