Sr. Process Engineer

Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Responsibilities include directing, leading and managing the technical activities in one or more engineering disciplines (mechanical, software, packaging, electrical, reliability, systems, applications, or process engineering). Evaluates final results of research and development projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

• 1. Research and implementation of new processes.
• 2. Monitor and improve throughput, quality, yield, and uptime of equipment/processes.
• 3. Continuous improvement of processing line.
• 4. Establish analysis frequencies, maintenance schedules, and execute statistical process control on process parameters.
• 5. Update and maintain documentation (PFMEA, Control plan, PFDs, etc.).
