Overview

Senior Process Engineer - Solder Cold Plate (SCP) located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reports to the Process Engineer Manager. Lead and optimize SCP processes with a focus on Lean manufacturing, provide technical leadership, and serve as the primary contact for international clients. Supervise and mentor a team of engineers to ensure project scalability, robustness, and success.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of process engineers, fostering a high-performance environment and a collaborative team culture.
• Act as the technical lead and point of contact for international clients, conducting meetings and presentations in English.
• Spearhead process improvements using Lean methodologies to optimize cycle times, cost efficiency, and product quality.
• Manage the integrity of complex assembly processes, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to quality standards.
